The expectations of guests have been strongly changing since many years.
Therefore, the importance of comfortable lodging and good catering has to be highlighted. As a consultant and trainer, i fulfill customer wishes and support almost all hotel categories as well as households.
All disturbance factors of the guest rooms have to be eliminated by the housekeeping department. The guests expects a maximum comfort in every category and therefore everything has to be provided perfectly to guarantee this comfort.
During the stay, the guests use facilities of the house and rely on the expert care of the employees. Beside probably tempered, well aired, homely illuminated, flawless cleaned, attractively equipped rooms and excellent beds, the guest expect other facilities, e.g. pleasant day rooms. Additional achievements like bathrobes and turn-down are important as well.
The day-to-day operations of the hk department includes the cleaning and maintenance of all rooms, public and staff areas, whereas the laundry and tailor management function include uniform management.
We analyse the current performance to make recommendations and suggestions for improvements including the quality of the presentation of all rooms and public areas, the staff efficiency and effectiveness, the utilization of resources and chemicals as well as cleaning equipment and overall logistics.
I am maintaining high service quality by measuring guest satisfaction through gathering verbal and written guest comments. In addition, the achievement of financial targets as anchored in the budget is contantly in the foreground.
